Dog Boarding near El Sobrante, CA

I have a small poodle mix named Joey. He loves treats, laps, sniffing walks, and soft toys. Mostly he sleeps while I work. I'd love daycare swap as needed as well as vacation coverage. I'm happy to do a meet and greet and swap hosting dogs when we need to be out of the house longer than they can tolerate or want to. I work from home mostly but do work one day a week plus some longer social things. My dog unfortunately has separation anxiety and will not do well if left longer than about 30 minutes. In a new environment, he can't really be left alone at all. I live in E. Richmond and work in Oakland and can swap with anyone nearby. He gets along with other small dogs and respectful slightly bigger dogs. He's house trained and crate trained for overnights (but sadly not for being left alone). I'm following a separation anxiety protocol which means I can't leave him to panic alone at all until he builds his tolerance. He is a funny, curious, lovable dog. He loves to sit on your lap, play with soft toys, sunbathe, and go on sniffing walks or leashed hikes. Everyone who has watched him says he is a dreamy dog as long as he is not alone. He sleeps solidly through the night, loves the car, tolerates respectful dogs though is rarely playful/excited around dogs, and super funny. He has three friends with cats, and he mostly ignores them unless they agitate him first. He is very small and hoping for other small dogs and households without small children.
